We raise cattle at Grace Ranch in Weimar, Texas on our grass pastures.  We are managing the land for wildlife, and have undertaken a prairie restoration on over 50 acres to replace exotic grasses with native grasses and wildflowers.  Native plants feed native insects, native insects feed native birds, and so on...

Cattle help manage the land - rotational grazing is a tool used to keep the native prairie functioning as a healthy ecosystem.  Our cattle is raised without antibiotics or hormones, and the calves raised for beef have spent their entire lives freely roaming the grass pastures of the ranch.
